The D.C. panel with nominal voltage of 3000V designed and manufactured by MILE, are modular units in withdrawable execution, homologated by RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) and internally arc proof version.

Types of functional units designed and manufactured by MILE:
• Feeder panel CAL800
• Disconnector and filter panel CFG800
• Measurements and Negative panel CMN800

The 3kV D.C. panel manufactured by MILE, are tested to arcing due to internal fault according to IEC 62271-200 and according to technical specifications:
RFI DPRIM ST IFS SS 022 A (the operator is protected from the arc even if the trolley is extracted)

The functional feeder units CAL800 are destined to feed and protect a well-defined part of the DC power line. Feeder panel CAL800 contains :

• D.C. High Speed Circuit Breaker
• Three-pole disconnector
• Earthing switch
• Line test system
• Measuring transducers
• Control unit (UPC)
• Multifunction protection unit (UPP)

The feeder panel CAL800 are homologated by RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) according to technical specifications RFI DMA IM LA STC SSE 400 ed. 2009 e RFI DMA IM LA STC SSE 401 ed. 2009.

The CFG800 units are destined to disconnect the rectifier from busbars and switch on/off the capacitor.

CFG800 contains:
• Two-pole disconnector
• Earthing switch
• Capacitor
• Pre-charge and Discharge system for capacitor
• Measuring transducers
• Control unit (UPC) and protection unit (UPP)

The panel CFG800 are homologated by RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) according to technical specifications RFI DMA IM LA STC SSE 400 ed. 2009 e RFI DPRIM STC IFS SS 403 ed. 2011

The CMN800 units are destined to:
• Record  voltage, current, power and energy measurements
• Connect the cables coming from the rails to the negative busbars
• Connect the negative to the earth by means of a VLDo
CMN800 panel contains:
• Voltage Limiting Device (VLD)
• Disconnectors
• Measuring transducers
• Control unit (UPC) and energy recorder (UPP)

The panel CMN800 are homologated by RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana) according to technical specifications RFI DMA IM LA STC SSE 400 ed. 2009 e RFI DPRIM STC IFS SS 402 ed. 2011
